Beyond the urban jungle is a space for the adventurer to play.

Inspired by the glamour of old hotels and a nostalgia for far-flung travel, the brother-and-sister owned Lyons Den in Gosford has brought life back to one part of the city’s art deco former funeral parlour. 

 Overtaking the sandstone garages that used to house the hearses, patrons can park themselves at Lyons Den with a cocktail or locally brewed beer and relax in this playful tropical oasis, away from the urban jungle.

More than a typical safari bar; this space has a touch of travel nostalgia. The glamour of old hotels amidst a natural landscape. Faded pastels amidst timber and natural fibres. It is a playful welcoming retreat.
