An organic space using natural materials reflecting the garden to plate philosphy of the gelato café
Set in a mud hut on the ground of the distillery, Botanica Erina, this dreamy space is the brain child of Dan and Julia from Mr Goaty Gelato. Here you can drink gin, eat gelato and snack on garden-inspired dishes.
The counter was designed to fit as an organic shape that seamlessly integrated into the curved building. Using natural materials and neutral tones our goal was to reflect the garden to plate philosophy of the menu.
